It's All About Leadership!

The members of the club participated in a leadership training session. These sessions are important ways for new members to learn about the club policies, practices, rules and traditions. It is also an important refresher session for members who have been in the club for some time.

Members were treated to a special presentation by Felix Stubbs, Past District Governor, Rotary International . Mr. Stubbs challenged all members to develop the skills and habits of leaders. Among them:

• Enable persons to perform

• Encourage/reward positive participation and involvement

• Model the way – Be the kind of leader that you would follow
